I loved this hotel - staff was so accommodating and helpful; I had a car & they had a text system that anytime I needed my car you just had to send a text & it was there waiting promptly! They room was spacious, clean, great view (I had mountain view), location - perfect - walkable to dinner, coffee....I worked out in the workout room - excellent equipment. I highly recommend! I'll stay there again!

The location is in a weird spot right off the high way. Lots of homeless people. Lots of creepy looking men. I wouldn’t suggest staying here if you’re a woman. There isn’t anything to do in the area.

The good -- great location in downtown Asheville. Walkable. Very stylish hotel, stylish room, especially if you like spare, sleek design. Very comfortable bed, too, and nice, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Valet parking staff very quick on their feet and pleasant. Restaurant pleasant with good staff but good-not-great food. It was too cold to sit outside when I was there but the outside seating looked great.

Wonderful location. Walked to all locations with ease; if you want to discover all the cute restaurants and bars downtown - this hotel is in the heart of it. Very friendly staff - champagne upon arrival was a plus! Free parking and breakfast. The Hemingway restaurant had terrific drinks and staff as well. Very spacious room, very clean. Great views.

Our stay was amazing, the room was next level...really enjoyed the tub. Views were great from all angles especially from terrace. The Havana restaurant was delicious and staff was attentive. Hotel staff was great as well. Thanks for the memberable weekend stay!

The hotel was located in downtown close to shops and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find that parking and breakfast were included in our stay, but this was due to issues with the hurricane earlier that year. The staff were very helpful and although we did not have maid service during our stay (another issue from the hurricane), they did provide us with clean towels when requested. Overall it was a good stay at Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville.

At check in, the front desk person (Nevaeh--not sure I'm spelling that right) was just amazing and lovely. Made me and my kiddos feel so welcome--I've worked front desk at a hotel before and Nevaeh has got it! The person who was there at night was kind as well. Good customer service is so important to me, I will always go back to a place that has got it. And I really, really, really liked the views from my corner room. Good job, peeps!

Super friendly desk staff and free champagne on check-in. Gorgeous mountain views and sunsets. Perfect location downtown. Super comfy mattress. Good coffee in the resto. Granola was the highlight of breakfast.

Conveniently located, staff super friendly and helpful, room was roomy and comfortable. I was impressed with how they handled putting up displaced people from Helene and that they provided food for them and the workers that were staying there. Food was good. They had their own potable water vats. It's amazing how they are managing during this crisis and destruction. Prayers go out to everyone there.
